Title:  The Great Leadership – Management Debate

Description:  Since the early 20th century social scientists have been applying the principles of science to improve the way we operate our organizations.  Many managerial and leadership concepts we use today are a result of this scientific approach.  However, a great debate has also risen.  The question at the heart of the debate is:  “Are Leadership and Management the same thing, or are they two separate concepts?”  In this session, our Members, will debate both sides of this issue in “The Great Leadership – Management Debate.”
