All classes are held at ITBD in downtown New Britain CT (185 Main Street, New Britain CT).  Class times are as listed below under each module. All-AM classes start at 8:00 AM and include a continental breakfast and parking. Afternoon classes include lunch.

1. CERTIFIED QUALITY ENGINEER

This popular refresher course provides a solid overview of Quality Engineering skills.  It is an excellent and thorough preparation for the CQE exam.  Topics range from basic to advanced statistical methods, quality costs, auditing, inspection, test, and calibration, reliability and maintainability, and sampling methods.   The course is divided into three modules briefly described below with the Fall schedule. Students can sign up for individual modules at the cost indicated or take all 3 modules at $1600/$1550 non member/member cost. Price includes all texts; but does NOT include registration for the ASQ National exam.

2. CERTIFIED QUALITY AUDITOR

This 10-week course covers the fundamentals of quality auditing, including auditor conduct, communication skills, audit planning, preparation, performance, report and follow-up, auditing tools and techniques, case studies, and an ISO 9001-2008 overview.

Cost:  non member/ member $600/$550.  10 classes; Price includes all texts; does NOT include registration for ASQ National exam.
