Quality Audit Engineer – Aerospace

ATI Stowe Machining, in Windsor, CT., a progressive aerospace manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated individual who has 3-5 years’ experience in the aerospace industry. 

 

Requirements:

·         Maintain ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality management system documentation.

·         Conduct / Coordinate internal and external audits.

·         Coordinate MRB activities, and participate in MRB dispositions.

·         Coordinate MRB activities, participate in MRB dispositions, Maintain database of internal and external MRB activities and obtain corrective action by assuring supplier and internal customer responses are properly implemented through follow-up audits.  

·         Make recommendations for deletions of suppliers from approved supplier listing by monitoring trend analysis and inspection reports/responses of supplier base.

·         Solve problems, makes policy and decisions, and troubleshoot by using good judgment and collaborating with other departments/suppliers.

·         Contributes to team environment by maintaining a positive attitude.

·         Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
