Position: Quality Auditor Summary: Performs duties of Auditor. Ensures that Company is in compliance with currently approved quality systems by creating and updating manuals, operating procedures, work instructions and materials. Responsibilities: 1. Schedules facility wide audits for the Internal Audit team. Ensures that Internal Audits are completed accurately, within guidelines and on schedule. Performs follow-up on Corrective Action Reports. 2. Creates internal audit questionnaires to evaluate work processes and to satisfy ISO standards. 3. Performs internal audits as required and based on the Internal Audit schedule. 4. Maintains and updates procedures and current practices to ensure compliance with ISO and customer quality systems requirements. 5. Provides monthly activity and corrective action report to management. 6. Maintains clean and safe work environment. Follows safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Reports safety incidents to supervisor. 7. Makes recommendations for improvements to work processes and procedures. Contributes to 5 S programs in work area. 8. Provides a high level of service to all internal and external customers. Contributes to positive teamwork environment. 9. Performs other duties as assigned. Participates in training/learning other positions. Accomplishes related results as needed. Qualifications: Education: BS degree in Quality Management / Industrial Technology / Engineering. Experience: 1-3 years Quality auditing and administration experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
