Requirements:

1. High School or Technical School graduate minimum
2. Ability to read blueprints
3. Ability to use measuring and test equipment
4. Familiarity with aerospace specifications and ISO, AS9100 requirements
5. Must be able to lift heavy parts as required
6. Must be able to maintain a good attendance record
7. Excellent eyesight (with or without correctable lenses) is required
8. Must be able to read and write English

Job Description:

1. Setup and verify vacuum chamber is ready for coating process
2. Visually inspect work prior to and after coating to visual requirements
3. Load and unload the vacuum chamber (requires lifting)
4. Monitor the parts and equipment through the coating process
5. Maintain vacuum equipment as required
6. Record processing data on applicable forms and maintain files as required
7. Perform other duties as required including abrasive blasting, glass bead peening, degreasing and post coating conversion application
