Here is the directions to our monthly meetings. Please not that Tony and his crew as well as the Harford Section Executive committee always welcomes walk-ins for either dinner or the speaker only. Cash only at the door please.  

 

EAST ON ROUTE 84:
FROM HARTFORD:
Take exit 62, come to the end of the exit, turn right onto Buckland Street, continue straight for less than a mile.
(Buckland Street turns into Adams Street by the Manchester Honda Dealership).
The restaurant is on the left, a brick building set back off the road, look for our wine barrels with our name on them.


WEST ON ROUTE 84:
FROM VERNON:
Take exit 62, come to the end of the exit, turn right at the light.
Turn right at first light onto Buckland Street, continue straight for just over a mile
( Buckland Street turns into Adams Street by the Manchester Honda Dealership).
The restaurant is on the left, a brick building set back off the road, look for our wine barrels with our name on them.


FROM ROUTE 91 NORTH OR SOUTH:
Take exit 35A on to Route 291 EAST
Continue on 291 to exit 5 ( Tolland Turnpike )
At the end of the exit, turn left at the light and go approximately a half mile to the intersection of Tolland Turnpike, Buckland Street & Adams Street.
Turn right onto Adams Street, by the Manchester Honda Dealership
The restaurant is on the left, a brick building set back off the road, look for our wine barrels with our name on them.


GLASTONBURY AREA:
Take Keeney Street to Manchester
Note when you cross over Hartford Road it becomes McKee Street
Follow to the end, turn left onto Center Street
At the next light, turn right onto Adams Street
Continue through 2 lights, continue approximately 3/10's of a mile after the second light

Dorian Shainin Medal

Dorian Shainin, a long time member of ASQ Hartford and the North East Quality Council, is best known for the "Shainin Techniques" - practical tools he developed to help manufacturers solve problems, including problems that had been considered unsolvable.
